Take a New + Traditional Approach to Healing from a Complex Chronic Illness

Noise, in every sense of the word, grows greater each year. The process we take here is the opposite of noise.

This is a systematic process. It’s a series of steps, tools, and guidance used at an appropriate time to leverage their potency vs feeling bogged down by too many inputs.

We start in stage one, then move to stage two, stage three, stage four, stage five. Each stage has a specific focus, a system within the body, or even down to a specific organ, specific fluids. We’re working on one thing at a time. And once that thing is in order, we move on.

What I love about it is the flexibility. If you have a rough day, a digestive trigger, a trigger of any kind, you can go back to the module that covers that area, do those practices, take those herbs, and get back to feeling good. Then we keep moving.

You can jump around within it, or you can take it from start to finish. Either way works.

We have to know what your baseline is. And then we add, strategically. We are not just buying things off Amazon. We are strategically adding after clearing excess.

The point is to get you to a place of seeking adventure, seeking fun, actually having fun.

That arc takes time. And it takes paring down, and stepping away from the constant excess we get from everywhere else.

An Analogy:

Think about a garden hose. You’re trying to water your flowers and no water is coming out. Just a trickle. So you go to turn it up. Still trickling. You turn it up more. Nothing changes. No more water is coming out despite turning it up.

And then you look down and realize, oh, you’re stepping on it. There’s a kink.

So you remove your foot, and now you’ve got an insane amount of water spewing everywhere.

That is the analogy for what I think we’re all doing when we’re trying to feel better and heal. We just keep turning it up. We keep adding things, even though nothing is changing on the other end. No more energy is coming out. The brain fog isn’t going away. The pain isn’t going away. It’s not going away because there are kinks in the system.

Of course you keep trying to add things, because that’s what we do. That’s the world we live in and that’s what we’re all taught. You’re just trying to feel better, and that is totally understandable. It’s frustrating to not feel good.

But sometimes you have to take away the excess first. Clear it out. And then we can actually work with what we’re working with. We can understand the landscape instead of just adding, adding, adding and then having no idea what’s your body, what’s not your body, and what each thing is actually doing within the ecosystem.

You’ll learn what certain symptoms mean, which practices should go together to address those symptoms, and when to move on. You’ll also learn the interplay of symptoms. How a symptom might not actually be the main issue, and how it’s coming from something else entirely.

We’re taking lower amplitude practices and starting there. Then we can incorporate higher amplitude things as we go. But first we ask: can we just do low amplitude, and does that work?

When I say low and high amplitude, I basically mean something that is virtually harmless versus something that may have downstream effects or side effects. High amplitude herbs and practices do exist within Traditional Chinese Medicine, but here we’re using the low amplitude ones first. Starting with more traditional practices helps confuse the body a little bit less. It lets us see where the terrain really is, then we go from there.

We want to organize these tools in a way that respects their history but also understands all the nuances of today’s world.

The longer you live with complexity, especially with a chronic illness, the more it compounds. It doesn’t stay the same. It doesn’t get better on its own if you’re just adding and adding, or if you’re not doing anything about it.

Let’s shed some of that complexity before it compounds further. And hopefully save you 10x, 20x, whatever-x of time just because you started now.

This is a space where you have space to feel the darkness of life, so that you can really see the light when you see it. There’s always the yin and the yang. There’s always darkness, there’s always light.

Within this group, it’s a safe space to open up some of that darkness, express it, and feel held when you do. Knowing that it’s pushing you one step closer to the best version of yourself.

The world depends on you being well enough to express your gifts fully.

This whole program grows with the community. As you engage and ask questions, I’ll update videos. If something comes up that needs its own deep dive, I’ll make it a video and add it to the program.

This isn’t a static library. This is something that evolves and changes as you do.

Join as a guest so you can watch videos explaining this process further, interact with others, and learn if this resonates with where you’re at in your condition.
