7 Flights In 3 Weeks - Which 3 Supplements & Tools Would I Pack Again?
I tried to be as on top of my sh*t as possible for this trip. I usually pack day of but this time I was making piles a few days before takeoff.
One thing I paid extra attention to was supplements/tools. Not because I take a ton of them during my every day life, but because we’d be in freezing, damp, windy weather and our bodies are used to 75 and sunny.
I just knew something sinusey was going to happen and wanted to cut down on time suffering.
What do I think was worth packing?
1. Carrier Oil + Essential Oils such as Eucalyptus, Lavender, and Lemon
This is #1 because it was that important. I mixed grapeseed oil with 5-10 drops each of Eucalyptus, Lavender, and Lemon EOs. I used this on flights to rehydrate my nose and form an anti-microbial barrier.
I probably aged years with how much dryness my skin was exposed to, but I was most concerned about my nose. Protect. Your. Nose. Once that dries out, you’re most likely getting some sort of sinusitis or URI.
This can also be used after you do contract a sickness. I dabbed some on my finger and then rubbed it in and around my nose. Getting it in there provides the most benefit.
2. Greens or Algae Tablets
I ate 2, MAYBE 3, green-colored foods the entire 23 days. This is always the hardest thing for me to find on menus. Iceberg isn’t a green.
Most of the time you just need calories, and nutrient density isn’t something you can afford to endlessly search for. Just take the powder or tablets and pop them with your morning water bottle.
3. TCM Herbs for Optimal Digestion and an Unsettled Stomach
This formula is one that I use with patients who go through my staged, systematic approach to healing chronic illness. Though this particular formula is practitioner only, it is based on formulas such as Bao He Wan in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
We ate out for every meal, 3 weeks straight. Obviously, that creates changes in bowel movements, bloating, pains, and gas.
You should be able to travel, eat all the things, have a couple cocktails, etc and wake up feeling ready for the day. Formulas such as this one allow for that, even when jet lagged and dehydrated.

P.S. I’d probably throw a few liposomal glutathione packs in my bag for an extra antioxidant boost too.
